Answering Service

We are available for our patients 24/7

For non-urgent matters and general questions, please email us and allow 48 hours to receive a response. If you have an URGENT medical question after office hours that cannot wait, please call the main office number and one of the doctors will answer directly. If you reach the doctor's voicemail, please leave a message and allow 1 hour for the doctor to call you back. If the doctor does not respond within 1 hour, your message may not have been received, so please call again. If you feel you cannot wait 1 hour for the doctor to call you back, then you may have a medical emergency, and you should bring your child to the neares emergency room.

Please note, the doctors at Soha would like to be available for your family during emergencies. This is why the phones are transferred to the doctors' cell phones after hours instead of a nurse's line. For non-urgent matters such as general office questions, appointment requests, or requests for forms, please contact the front desk during regular office hours. Do not leave non-urgent message on the doctor's voicemail.
