After Hours

Emergencies

If an emergency should arise, please call 911.

Emergencies are considered to be those conditions that are life-threatening: loss of consciousness, severe bleeding, seizure, etc. In the case of minor emergencies (lacerations, cuts, mild fractures, sprains), please call our office first for instructions.

After Hours

The pediatricians and clinicians take emergency calls from their homes after hours.

For non-urgent matters and general questions, please email us and allow 48 hours to receive a response. If you have an URGENT medical question after office hours that cannot wait, please call the main office number and one of the doctors will answer directly. If you reach the doctor's voicemail, please leave a message and allow 1 hour for the doctor to call you back. If the doctor does not respond within 1 hour, your message may not have been received, so please call again.

Please note, the doctors at Soha are available for your family after hours for emergencies only. Please save routine questions (mild illness, appointments, or requests for forms) until the office opens. Do not leave a non-urgent message on the doctor's voicemail. We encourage you to refer to our website first, when practical, before calling the office.

There is a fee for after hours phone calls.
